Bar Charley is owned and operated by Jackie Greenbaum and Gordon Banks, and is part of the Goodbar Management Group (Little Coco's, El Chucho, Slash Run, Quarry House Tavern). Named after Gordon Charles Banks, Charley opened in 2013 as a sister concept to Sidebar, our first cocktail forward bar (Silver Spring, 2010-2015). At Charley, we were able to expand on our ideas for elaborate, fun, delicious cocktails and add a full kitchen to the mix. Charley currently serves a robust menu centered on steaks, which of course pair perfectly with cocktails, as well as a nearly famous bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. No reservations, but we happily accept call aheads on the waitlist.
